Welcome to Seedlingo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seedlingo mobile application and website, provided by Amos languages.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seedlingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Seedlingo is designed for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems.
3. Premium Subscriptions
While Seedlingo offers a robust free tier, certain "Greenhouse" features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed through platform-specific app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Payments are non-refundable for partial subscription periods except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Seedlingo name, logo, mascot design, and all educational content are the property of Amos languages. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seedlingo is provided "as is" and "as available." Amos languages makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of translations or the speed of your learning progress. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications. Continued use of Seedlingo after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
